The passage of the animals is organized following a precise order in order to achieve an optimal use of the grass: first by cattle, then by horses and sheep.

[/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https://www.apasdisard.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/01/Foto-123.bmp” _builder_version=”4.18.0″ _module_preset=”default” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_image][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_divider color=”rgba(0,0,0,0.79)” divider_style=”dotted” _builder_version=”4.16″ custom_margin=”30px||30px||true|false” global_colors_info=”{}”][/et_pb_divider][/et_pb_column][/et_pb_row][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_3,2_3″ _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.18.1″ text_font_size=”30px” text_line_height=”1.1em” header_3_font=”||||||||” header_3_font_size=”52px” hover_enabled=”0″ global_colors_info=”{}” sticky_enabled=”0″]

Environmental protection figures

[/et_pb_text][/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”2_3″ _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”][et_pb_text _builder_version=”4.16″ global_colors_info=”{}”]

All these biogeographical features of high naturalistic interest have, over the years, led to several environmental protection figures being declared on both sides of the border:

Area of Natural Interest of the Capçaleres del Ter and del Freser: It is a protected natural area in Ripollès (12,262 ha) that represents the alpine biogeographical region where the glacial and periglacial geomorphology of the Eastern Pyrenees is well represented.

Natura 2000 network: The great beauty of this territory and the diversity of species found there has meant that almost 35% of the territory of Ripollès is protected with this European-wide protection figure.

Pi, Mentet and Prats de MollóNatural Reserves: Located on the edge of the Canigó, Carança and Costabona massifs, these three reserves protect a rich biodiversity and numerous cases of endemism.
