We are a small mountain travel agency, made up of mountain guides and local development technicians, specialists in sustainable tourism in natural areas. A lot of esteem for the country, and a lot of passion for the nature that surrounds us.

A Pas d’Isard is borned from the desire to discover the culture and landscapes of our land, and the desire to step on each corner step by step. We want to share with all those who wish it the historical trails of these itineraries, the intense experiences that the hiking generates, the discovery of these magnificent landscapes, and the conversations with the people of the territory that will enrich our experience. We encourage you, then, to participate with us.

Xavier Grivé, founder and director of this initiative, is a mountain guide with a degree in Environmental Sciences, and with specific training in the sustainable development of the territory, especially in mountain areas. A whole history of works focused on the study and analysis of ancient roads, mountain guidings, the management of protected natural areas, and above all the sustainable tourist development of the territory, have ended up giving as a result the project of A Pas d’Isard, where all these ingredients are combined, united by the gear of passion in the discovery of the country, footprint by footprint.
