Are the routes with mountain guide, or self-guided?
From the outset, self-guided, that is to say that the person or group that makes the reservation go without a guide, freely. The paths are travelled, generally marked, and a map, descriptive guide and GPS track are delivered.

WHEN IS THE RESERVATION PAID?

WHICH DISCOUNTS ARE THERE?
There are different discounts, and you can choose the one that most suits you (they do not accumulate):
- 5% discount on accommodation for reservations on high mountain routes made before May 15th
- 5% discount on accommodation for those who have already done one of our other routes
- 5% discount on accommodation for more than 10 people groups
- Children under 12 have cheaper prices. Ask us for prices!

Why does not the reservation form allow me to book for any month?
The high mountain routes are covered with snow many months of the year, which makes them more dangerous, and the accommodations, in general, close. We offer routes only when there is no snow and the accommodations work.
The webs of the crossings show many options, and I do not know what to choose, I do not know it!

CAN CHILDREN MAKE THESE TREKS?
No one better than parents to get to know their children, and as far as they can go, but we do not recommend doing these trips with children under 10 years old. Is insurance required?
Yes, it is mandatory. Legislative Decree 56/2003, of 4 February on physical-sporting activities in the natural environment, obliges all participants to be insured.

- Rescue and transfer of injured persons to a hospital center: € 12,000 of insured capital
- Health Assistance: € 6000 of insured capital
- Partial permanent disability due to accident: € 6000 of insured capital
- Absolute permanent disability due to accident: € 6000 of insured capital
- Death by accident: € 3000 of insured capital
- The price is €5/day.
What happens if i've already paid and in the end i can not go?
The regulations set by the Catalan Consumer Agency are followed, which indicate:
- Cancellations made within 30 days or more before the start of the trek will incur in a deduction of €5 per person from the total price of the booking.

- Cancellations made in the last 15 to 29 days before the start of the trek will incur in a €10 deduction per person of the total price of booking.
- Cancellations made within the last 15 to 2 days before the start of the trek will incur in a deduction of 25% of the total price of the booking.
- Cancellation within the last 2 days before the start of the trek will incur in a deduction of 50% of the total price of the booking.
- To these lodgings’ compensation percentages, €10 per person will be added for reservation management costs.
- In case of cancellation on the starting day or en route, there will be no refund. Cancellation within the last 2 days before the start of the trek will incur in a deduction of 50% of the total price of the booking.
- In case of not notifying a cancellation as described above, there will be no refund.
