SHIPPING OF WELCOME PACKS.
• The price of the reservation includes shipment to the Iberian Peninsula. A supplement will be added for other territories. There is also the option of picking up your pack at the start of the trek at no cost.
• In case of changes (t-shirt size, etc.) and returns, the shipping will be paid by the customer.
THE BOOKING DOES NOT INCLUDE
• Drinks
• Expenses incurred in case of quitting the trek for any reason.

CONFIRMING YOUR BOOKING
• To confirm your booking, a 25% deposit is required.
• The full price of the booking must be paid at least 15 days before the start of the trek, via money transfer. Paying data will be sent to the customer by email.
• There is a possibility that the price may vary slightly due to the unavailability of the planned accommodation, or some unforeseen change in the services initially offered. In the event that this modification arrives, it will obviously be duly communicated to the client so that he can assess whether to accept or reject it.
• If you apply within the last 15 days before the start of the trek, you must pay the booking price in full to confirm your booking.
• Any changes to the initial booking will incur in a fee of €5 per person
• It is recommended to have the reservation document during the trek.
• To apply for a discount, or if you already have your own insurance, please submit a scan of your MC License and/or ID Card/Passport after confirming your booking.
• Bookings made within the last three days before the start of the trek will incur in a €15 supplement.
• By confirming your booking, you declare you understand the above and accept our terms and conditions.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING:
You may cancel your booking at any time, and you are entitled to a refund. A fee will be deducted from the total price for expenses incurred by the organisation, such as management (IT bookings, processing of documentation and bank transactions, etc.) and cancellations of contracts and accommodation, purchase of supplies needed to ensure quality of service, etc. Cancellations must be submitted by email and must be acknowledged and confirmed by both parties.The fee deducted is calculated according to the following scale:
• Cancellations made within 30 days or more before the start of the trek will incur in a deduction of €5 per person from the total price of the booking.
• Cancellations made within 30 days or more before the start of the trek will incur in a deduction of €5 per person from the total price of the booking.
• Cancellations made in the last 15 to 29 days before the start of the trek will incur in a €10 deduction per person of the total price of booking.
• Cancellations made within the last 15 to 2 days before the start of the trek will incur in a deduction of 25% of the total price of the booking.
• Cancellation within the last 2 days before the start of the trek will incur in a deduction of 50% of the total price of the booking.
• To these lodgings’ compensation percentages, €10 per person will be added for reservation management costs.
• In case of cancellation on the starting day or en route, there will be no refund. • Cancellation within the last 2 days before the start of the trek will incur in a deduction of 50% of the total price of the booking.
• In case of not notifying a cancellation as described above, there will be no refund.
• Should you choose not to stay at the accommodation specified in your booking, you will automatically lose your reservation, but the full amount of the accommodation shall be due.
• A Pas d’Isard accepts no responsibility if you fail to produce a printed version of the booking confirmation at every accommodation.
• The organization reserves the right to cancel a booking due to extreme weather conditions, duly notifying the client.
• Booking confirmation means the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated above.
INSURANCE:
• It is mandatory to have a valid insurance policy that covers the whole area traversed by the trek. If you do not have valid insurance, we can provide one for you.
• Safety during the trek is your responsibility. Neither A Pas d’Isard nor the individual lodgings accept any responsibility, under any circumstances, for your safety in the mountains.
• In the event of accident or any incident, please call the emergency number 112
ACCOMMODATION
• Check-in is before 6 pm. Dinner is served early.
• Please present a printed booking confirmation at every lodging.
• Each lodging establishes its own rules. Please, abide by them with respect.
• Upon arrival, you must inform the guard of your presence. The guard will show you to your room / beds. –
• Lodgings are under no obligation to provide plugs to charge mobile phones or any other device.
• Dogs are not permitted in most places.
• The organization has inspected the accommodations specified in every route. The information and descriptions on the website are provided in good faith. However, the organisation is not responsible for the completeness, accuracy, reliability, validity, or absence of errors in the descriptions and information provided.
• Each accommodation is considered an organisation independent from A Pas d’Isard, and operates at its own convenience. A Pas d’Isard accepts no responsibility for incidents or complaints about the accommodation.
KEEP IN MIND:
• There are no specific markings on the ground for this trek. The directions provided contain specifications to the existing markings that must be followed in every stage.
• This trek is an outdoor activity, with a certain element of adventure and unpredictability. Regular weather occurrences are not cause for cancelling the activity.
• The organization is not responsible for the loss or breakage of the material included in the welcome pack.
• This trek is not a competitive race. The purpose is simply to complete the trek and have fun.
CONFIRMING THE BOOKING implies acceptance by the user of the General Terms and Conditions, as well as respecting the internal rules of every accommodation, such as mealtimes, tidying up your own space, and maintaining overnight silence, among other rules aimed at promoting coexistence with other hikers and ensuring the quality of service.
