Why do the route called Refugis del Torb?
The guided route Refugis del Torb is the comprehensive route of the Eastern Pyrenees that covers all its peaks, valleys and most emblematic corners. A high mountain itinerary that allows you to join the two most emblematic places in this sector, with the two peaks that crown them: the Núria Valley with Puigmal (2,910 m) and the Pica del Canigó (2,784 m). In between we will discover valleys and ridges with a great hiking tradition, such as the Núria and Coma de Vaca valleys, the Ulldeter circus, the Esquerdes de Rojà, the Pla Guillem, the Marialles Valley, Mentet or Carançà. The perfect trek to get to know the best places in the high Mediterranean Pyrenees, both on its southern and northern slopes, from lush forests to the highest peaks, and from the most isolated villages to the deepest valleys. A cross-border guided route half in Ripollès, half in Conflent.
